Shaul Katzir´s focus of research lies on the history of physics and technology in the 19th and 20th century. Currently, he is most interested in the history of the application of piezoelectric effects in the 1920s and 1930s. He is Marie Curie Senior Research Fellow of the Gerda Henkel Foundation (M4HUMAN program), at the Minerva Centre for Humanities.
